I'm a proud daughter of immigrants from Mexico and Nicaragua who grew up in Los Angeles. I’m now an immigrant myself starting a new chapter in Norway. It’s a funny story.

As a kid, I was in full pursuit for what I wanted to be when I grew up. The answer came to me when I realized my drawing skills compared to most of the kids in my class. Something in art seemed to be a natural fit. In high school, I learned what a graphic designer was by being placed in the yearbook class that used professional design software.

A second-generation college graduate, I received my BFA in Graphic Design from Cal Poly Pomona, attended General Assembly for UX Design, and recently studied Business with the global d.MBA program.
